Account Data
If you create an account or sign in, Songleader App uses your email address, account ID, and cloud save timestamps to authenticate you and sync your workspace. Optional profile details can include your name, phone number, country, instrument, organization, and how you use Songleader App.
Photos and Camera
When you choose to add a sheet by photo or image, Songleader App uses that file only to attach it to your song or setlist. Small attachments may sync with a signed-in workspace; larger files can remain on the device. The app does not open the camera or photo library unless you choose that action.
Usage Events
Songleading.net records lightweight page, click, save, and attachment events, including a first-party visitor identifier and, when signed in, your account ID and email address. These events are used to understand whether the app is working and which areas need support. Songleader App does not use advertising or cross-app tracking.

Messages sent through Songleading.net support forms are used to respond to the request and improve the service.
Your Choices
You can use Songleader App without choosing camera or photo access. You can also keep work local, export your files, or sign out to stop cloud sync from that device. Signed-in users can permanently delete their account and cloud workspace from Account, Delete account inside Songleader App. Work stored only on that device is not uploaded or removed by account deletion.
