Preparation
Choose a safe spot where one participant can step away or stand far enough away that they cannot hear the group.
Step-by-step
- 1Choose one participant to leave the room or stand far enough away that they cannot hear the group.
- 2The rest of the group splits into pairs.
- 3Each pair chooses a song they both know.
- 4Each pair chooses one line from the song. One partner will sing or say the beginning of the line, and the other partner will sing or say the ending.
- 5Everyone stands in a circle.
- 6The participant who left comes back in.
- 7The group members take turns sharing their lyric halves.
- 8The returning participant tries to figure out which two people are a pair by matching the beginning and ending of the same song lyric.
